1. UAP

-> Collect urine sample

-> BST 측정 

 

2. Alcohol withdrawal 알코올금단

-> Diazepam (benzodiazepine) : prevent seizure

-> Carbamazepine (Anticonvulsant 항경련제)

-> Thiamine supplementation (Vit. B1) : Wenicke-Korsakoff syndrom 예방 

 

3. Disulfiram : 금주를 도우는 약(구토유발)

-> Alcohol withdrawal에는 금기!!

 

4. Pancreatitis

-> LUQ pain 

(Risk factor) : Obesity / Sedentary lifestyle

-> Dulaglutide 

(중재)

-> Monitor abdominal girth daily

-> TPN

-> I/O check 

 

5. HBV infection 

mother : HBsAg -> infant에 Hepatitis B immune globulin (HBIG) within 24hrs of birth 

                          -> Hepatitis B vaccine within 12hrs. 

-> Breastfeeding 가능 

 

6. 영아 IM 주사 

- 12개월 미만-> Vastus lateralis muscle (well developed)

 

7. Normal findings in newborn

-> Bluish white sclerae 정상

-> pulsating anterior fontanelle 정상 

-> Plantar creases  발바닥 주름 

 

8. Urinary tract calculi 요로결석 -> Oxalate 옥살레이트 

(Oxalate 높은 음식) : Beets / Spinach / Chocolate / nuts

 

9. Delayed cord clamping 탯줄 늦게 자르는 장점

(출생직후 30~60초동안 맥박이 멈출 때까지 그대로 두는 시술) 

-> Increase newborn's Hb level

-> Improves iron stores in the newborn

-> Enhances the newborn's immune system 면역력 증진 

 

10. Haloperidol - Akathisia 정좌불능증

(증상)

-> Restlessness and discomfort

-> Repetitive foot tapping while seated

-> Inability to remain seated during meals

 

11. Upper GI bleeding 

-> Melena : Slow UGI bleeding 

 

12. 조영제- Metformine

-> 조영제 사용 후 48시간 복용 금지 

 

13. Cushing syndrome -> 감염예방이 가장 중요 Avoid exposure to persons who are ill 

(증상)

-> Immunosuppression -> 감염위험 증가

-> Hyperglycemia 고혈당 

-> Muscle wasting 근육위축

-> Fragile skin 피부 약화

 

14. Preeclampsia  자간전증 - HELLP syndrome -> C-sec해야함. 

(HELLP syndrome) 

(1) 특징

-> Elevated liver enzymes

-> Low platelet

-> Hemolysis 용혈 

(2) 증상

-> HTN / Proteinuria / Headache / Blurred vision / right upper abdominal pain 

 

15. Hypovolemia -> Insert 2 large-bore IV site 잡기 

(증상)

- Tachycardia / Hypotension / cool, clammy skin

 

16. Intermittent catheterization 간헐적 도뇨술 -> Spina bifida 이분척추증 

-> Clean the catheter with soap and water after use. 

-> perform the procedure with clean, plain hands

-> perform every 3~4 hrs during the day 

-> reusable catheter 유효기간은 24~48hrs

 

17. Sertraline (depressive disorder) 

-> St.John's Wort 피해야됨 (Cytochrome p450 enzymes) -> serotonin syndrome 유발 

-> Agitation / confusion / tachycardia 유발 

 

18. Caffeine withdrawal

-> headache / irritability / 집중력저하 / Fatigue 

-> Peak : 1~2day

-> 지속 : 9일

 

19. Hepatic cirrhosis 식이!

-> low-sodium diet 

-> 날음식 피하기-> 감염예방

-> Small, frequent meal

 

20. TEE

-> 검사시간 : 10~30mins

-> 퇴원 : 검사 후 1~2hr 뒤에 가능 

 

21. Sickle cell disease -> O2제공이 우선 

 

22. SLE (systemic lupus erythematosus) - 자가면역질환

-> Fever / butterfly rash / joint stiffness

 

23. Cystic fibrosis (CF)

-> postural drainage and percussion 

-> dornase alfa -> mucolytic enzyme
