1. Scoliosis 척추측만증

Risk factor : 가족력 / Female 여성 / Puberty 사춘기 

 

2. PAD (peripheral arterial disease)

- Narrowing / blockage of the arteries

- cramping pain : calf / thighs

- 휴식 시 완화 

 

3. Liver cirrhosis

- albumin 감소 (정상 : 3.5~5.0)

- PT 증가 (13secs이상) (PT normal : 10~13sec) (INR 정상 : 0.8~1.2)

- total bilirubin증가 (1.2 이상으로 증가)

 

4. DKA - Type 1 DM

- 우선 중재 : Hydration - Isotonic fluid

- Insulin : 혈당감소 목적이 아니라 Acidosis 교정을 위해 투여함 

 

5. Late decelerations - Hypoxia

-LION-PIT

L : left lateral side position

I : IV fluid

O : Oxygen administer

N : Notify

PIT : Stop pitocin

 

6. OSA Sleep apnea 합병증

-> HTN / Stroke위험 / Pulmonary HTN / Vascular dementia

 

7. buspirone - 항불안제 (장기간 복용해야됨. 약발현이 2~3주 걸림)

 

8. Mastectomy 유방절제술 

-> Arm exercises 중요 : Lymphedema 관리 

 

9. V-fib : defibrillation
